If you've never made fried scones, you are in for a treat (and a mess!) They are worth it! It makes a fun family night in the kitchen.

1 quart buttermilk

2 TBL yeast

2 TBL sugar

1/4 cup warm water

2 eggs

2 TBL oil

8 C. flour
