Cinnamon Streusel:
1.5 t cinnamon
1/4 c granulated sugar
1/4 c light brown sugar
.5 c chopped pecans
Bread:
.5 c salted butter
1 c granulated sugar
2 eggs
1.5 c sour cream
1 t vanilla extract
2 c all purpose flour
1 t baking soda
1 t baking powder
1/2 t salt
  • Preheat oven to 325°F. Grease a large 9 x 5-inch loaf pan (or two smaller loaf pans); set aside. See my note below regarding the size of your loaf pan.
