1 tablespoon olive oil
2 garlic cloves, minced

1â„2 cup orange juice, no pulp
3 tablespoons pineapple juice
2 tablespoons lime juice

1â„2 teaspoon ginger, ground
1 teaspoon cilantro

1/4 lb snow peas
1 small zucchini, sliced
8 baby carrots, sliced
1 small onion, sliced
1 red pepper, sliced
1/4 cup bok choy, chopped
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon olive oil
