1 tablespoon olive oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
1⁄2 cup onion, chopped
1⁄2 cup orange juice, no pulp
3 tablespoons pineapple juice
2 tablespoons lime juice
2 tablespoons honey
1⁄2 lemon, juice of
1⁄2 teaspoon ginger, ground
1 teaspoon cilantro

1 lb salmon filet, cut up into cubes
1/4 lb snow peas
1 small zucchini, sliced
8 baby carrots, sliced
1 small onion, sliced
1 red pepper, sliced
