Chocolate Mug Cakes

A great single serve dessert or when a chocolate craving strikes, these Chocolate Mug Cakes are so easy to make! I usually make 2 – whether it's to share or to save for later, but their are instructions to make a single serving if preferred. These gluten free mug cakes are made with low carb, high fiber coconut flour.

2 eggs
2 tablespoons coconut oil ( or sub grapeseed of walnut oil )
2 tablespoons date syrup sub maple syrup or honey ( sugar free instructions in notes )
1/4 teaspoon bakind soda
1/8 teaspoon sea salt
2 tablespoons coconut flour
2 tablespoons cocoa powder

These cookies are to die for! Super keto friendly thanks to the use of Almond Flour and Dark Chocolate Sugar Free Choc Chips, we like our cookies thick, just like how we like our Kardashians! However if you want smaller cookies, just halve the scoop and therefore the cooking time.

3 ounces strawberry jello ( half )
3 ounces lemon jello ( half )
