16 T unsalted butter
1/2 c ice water
For the Filling:
1/3 c salted butter
1/3 c finely diced celery
1/3 c finely diced onion
1/2 t minced fresh garlic

2/3 c whole milk
1/2 t salt
1/4 t pepper
1/4 t dried thyme
