2 cloves garlic, mince
1 shallot, chopped
1 tablespoon fresh ginger
1/2 cup ketchup
1/4 cup molasses
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup water
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon worcestershire
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 dried anaheim chile pepper, stem and seeds removed

1 tablespoon fresh ginger
