Cocoa Almond Granola

The chocolate and cinnamon flavors are a wonderful combination. This is also the perfect snack. A handful of this is so satisfying. You can trust me on that, I had a few handfuls throughout the day.

4 cup old fashioned oats
1 cup whole almonds
1 1/2 cup shredded coconut
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. unsweetened coconut
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup honey
1/3 cup coconut oil
2 tbsp. unsalted butter
2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
