Smoothie Bowl:
2/3 cup (150 g) fresh pineapple
4 medium-size strawberries
1/3 cup (60 g) broccoli florets
1 teaspoon cocoa powder
1 tablespoon peanut butter
4 dates
1 fl oz (30 ml) water
Topping:
1 tablespoon of pumpkin seeds
1.5 tablespoons of coconut flakes
1 medium size strawberry
1/2 teaspoon hemp hearts
