This Coconut Almond Chocolate Chip Granola is so delicious and super addicting. Fabulous in yogurt, milk, on top of ice cream or just to eat alone.

½ cup pure maple syrup
½ cup packed brown sugar
2-3 teaspoons coconut extract
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ teaspoon salt
½ cup canola oil
4 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
1 cups sliced almonds
1 cup sweetened coconut
1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
