Coconut and Matcha Chia Seed Pudding

40 g chia seeds
250 ml coconut water
150 ml coconut milk
20 ml maple syrup
1 tsp matcha powder
  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir.
  2. Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours.
  3. Serve chilled and top with nuts, fruit, etc. .
