This 3 ingredient dip is cool & refreshing paired with fruit or graham crackers. Makes a lot, but double the recipe for a party or gathering, because it will be gone fast!

4 oz cream cheese
1/2 (15oz) can Cream of Coconut (Not coconut milk! Find this in the aisle with the margarita mix & other mixers.)
1/2 (8oz) tub Cool Whip
Whip the cream cheese with the cream of coconut in a stand mixer until all lumps are gone. Remove paddle, & fold in cool whip. Serve with fruit or graham crackers.

Marinated Taro Root

A marinated snack that can be used to replace late night bad habit cravings!

8 small taro roots
water
salt
1 cup yogurt, mixed with enough water to submerge roots (add salt)

  1. Wash the taro roots well.
  2. Slightly cut a slit into each root, but not big enough to split the root into two pieces. This will allow the water and marinade to go into the taro root
