Coconut Flour Peanut Butter mug cake for healthy dessert in a flash. It is gluten-free and low-carb, and includes a paleo option.

2 tablespoons coconut flour
¼ teaspoon baking powder
1 egg
2 tablespoons natural peanut butter
1-½ tablespoons melted coconut oil
1-½ tablespoons maple syrup or low-carb sweetener of choice
1 tablespoon coconut milk or almond milk
¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
to taste chocolate chips ( optional )

1. In a small bowl whisk together coconut flour, and baking powder.
