A wonderful pick-me-up with the extra added bonus of protein to get you through your day.

1/2 cup lite unsweetened coconut milk

1/2 cup ice

1 shot espresso OR 1 teaspoon instant coffee granules (substitute decaf if desired)

1 scoop vanilla protein powder
Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
