Coconut Pancakes:
8 tablespoons oat flour
2 tablespoons coconut flour
2 tablespoons shredded coconut
1 egg
1 tablespoon honey
150 ml coconut milk
1 teaspoon coconut oil
Topping:
9 raspberries
2 tablespoons Alpro coconut yogurt (vegan)
