Vegan Coconut Yogurt Muffins are our favorite on-the-go breakfast!

They are perfect during the whole year.

120 g quinoa flour
150 g almond flour
3 tablespoons coconut flour powder
1 cup shredded coconut
1/2 tablespoon baking soda
1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
110 ml maple syrup
2 ripe bananas
75 g melted coconut oil
235 g coconut yogurt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 tablespoons almond milk
