Cold tomato and yogurt soup

A delicious , refreshing and nutritious soup for the whole family!

1 kg Tomatoes
1 kg yellow onions
500 ml Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon basil
1 tablespoon parsley / Dill
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon lemon juice
  ground black pepper to taste
  Sea salt to taste
1. Put the tomatoes in a blender along with the onions and blend everything. 2. Strain mixture through a sieve to separate the seeds from the pulp. 3. Then incorporate yogurt, mixing well. Season the soup with salt and pepper and put it in the fridge for 30-40 minutes. 4. When serving add basil, parsley, olive oil and lemon juice. Then seasone to taste with salt and pepper. Enjoy!
