Colorful Salad with Egg

Garlic - 2 sprigs
onion - 1 head red
eggs - 4. boiled
lettuce - 2.
Tomatoes - 1.
Cucumber - 1 small

peppers - 2 roasted red peppers from a jar
salt
black pepper
Vinegar - 6 tbsp
oil - 6 tbsp
Cut the onion into thin crescents and divide. Each dish wilt a little lettuce, add slices cucumber slices tomato, peeled and cut into chunks pepper. Sprinkle top with chopped onion and chopped garlic. Finish with quartered eggs and pour over each serving of salad dressing jumbled together oil, vinegar, salt and pepper.
