Cookie Butter Cookies are soft and chewy with the deliciously unusual flavor of cookie butter throughout each bite.

1 and 1/2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup cookie butter
1/2 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup granulated sugar
