1 envelope Knox Gelatine
1/4 c. cold milk
1 c. milk ( heated to boiling )
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
3 c. your favorite cookies ( coarsely crushed )
to taste Raspberries ( for serving )
2 packages cream cheese ( softened, 8 ounces each )
