Cookie dough in pie form! Sweeter and richer than cheesecake, this dessert is great for impressing and hoarding all to yourself.

For Crust:
6 tbsp butter, melted
2 cups Oreos, finely ground in food processor (1 row in the Oreo package makes about a cup and a half when ground)
For Cookie Dough:
1 stick butter, room temp
¼ cup sugar
½ cup brown sugar, packed
2 tbsp milk
½ tsp vanilla extract
1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
½ tsp salt
½ cup chocolate chips or chunks
For Cream Filling:
¾ cup brown sugar, packed
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
¼ tsp salt
2 cups milk, divided
3 egg yolks
1 tbsp butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
For Whipped Cream:
1 cup heavy cream
3 tbsp sugar (I used superfine, seems to work better)
½ tsp vanilla extract
