Cookie Monster ice cream made in an ice cream maker.

1 cup half and half
3/4 cup ground black pepper, to taste
2 cups heavy whipping cream
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
blue food coloring paste
10 Oreos
10 chocolate chip cookies
