Cookies and Cream Oreo Muddy Buddies

We love Muddy Buddies! They are a favorite snack for ball games, picnics, or a fun day in the sun! We added our favorite candy bars and oreo cookies to this mix! We love Cookies and Cream candy bars. Your family will flip over this fun dessert!

12 ounces rice chex cereal, divided
24 snack size cookies n cream candy bars (about 10.8 ounces)
1¾ cups milk chocolate chips
14.3 ounces oreo cookies, divided (about 36)
1 cup powdered sugar
