Cookies n' Cream Frosting

One of my all time favorite frostings!!! It combines the sweet taste of cream cheese frosting with the texture of cookies!

8 oz. cream cheese (room temperature)
1/2 cup unsalted butter (room temperature)
3.5 cups of powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
6 Oreo cookies
Cream together cream cheese and butter with an electric mixer using the whisk attachment. Once the cream cheese and butter are fully mixed add in the vanilla extract. Slowly add the powdered sugar, a half cup at a time, and mix until blended well. Place the 6 Oreo cookies in a small food processor and chop until they are very fine. Add to the frosting and mix until combined. Enjoy!!!
