Cookies 'n Scream Cookies

These spooky cute cookies will really make you scream this Halloween! A chocolate cookie infused with OREOs and Cookies \\\'n Creme pudding mix, then topped with purple and green goo (a.k.a. candy melts) and candy eyeballs.

3/4 c. ( 1 1/2 sticks) butter, softened
1 c. light brown sugar, packed
4 oz. Cookies \'n Creme instant pudding and pie filling, dry from the packet
2 large eggs
1 Tbsp. water
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1/4 c. baking cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
3/4 tsp. salt
12 OREO cookies, coarsely crushed
Purple and green candy melts
Candy eyes

Crush OREOs. I placed them in a zip up bag and used a rolling pin to crush them. Stir together flour, baking cocoa, baking soda, salt and pudding mix (I didn\\\'t add the whole packet, just eye-balled...
