For the Brownies
3/4 cup butter (1½ Sticks)
2 eggs
1 cup sugar
2/3 cup, packed, light brown sugar
2 tbsp milk
2 tsp vanilla extract
3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
3/4 cup all-purpose flour

For the chocolate ganache topping:
1 1/2 cups semi sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 cup M&M minis, or rainbow chocolate chip candies
