The best homemade coleslaw features finely shredded cabbage and carrots that are tossed in a sweet, creamy, and tangy dressing. 1 c shredded carrots
1/2 c mayonnaise
1/3 c granulated sugar
1/4 c milk
1/4 c buttermilk
2 T sour cream
2 T apple cider vinegar
