Ingredients:
1 cup Butter ( Cold cut into tablespoons )
3/4 cup Brown Sugar
1/2 cups Sugar
2 Eggs
1 cup Cake Flour
2 cups Flour
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Course Sea Salt
2 cups Chocolate Chips ( I like to add Hershey's Special Dark Choc Chips )
  1. Pre heat oven to 400 degrees and set rack in middle of oven.
  2. Place butter into bowl and turn mixer on low. If using a stand mixer, use the paddle attachment.
