1 Small Bunch Coriander Leaves, Finely Chopped
to taste Coriander Stems, Finely Chopped
1 1/2 tbsp Oil
1 tsp Mustard Seeds
1 tsp Urad Dal (Black Gram Skinned)
3 Curry Leaves
1 tsp Chana Dal (Bengal Gram Spilt and Skinned)
to taste Salt
2 Fresh Chillies

Heat oil in the pan
TIP: One can also use ghee instead of oil for a better flavour
