The burger is a blend of corn and chickpeas which are protein and fibre rich leading to high satiety. Chickpeas are rich in folate and manganese.Onions are prebiotic which improve gut health. Corn contains a high amount of carbohydrates which provide you with short term and long term energy. They also ensure proper functioning of the brain and nervous system.

(¼ cup) Boiled sweet corn kernels
¼ cup Soaked and cooked kabuli chana
1 tsp Maida ( to be dissovled in water )
½ cup Breadcrumbs for rolling
½ cup Bread slice, crumbled
15 gram Besan
½ tsp Chilli powder
Salt and freshly ground black pepper powder ( to taste )
oil ( for shallow frying )
For The Green Spread:
Roughly chopped coriander (dhania)
Chopped green chillies
1 Chopped onions
1 tsp Lemon juice

Step 1 Combine the coriander, green chillies, onions and lemon juice and blend in a mixer to a coarse paste using ½ tbsp of water. Keep in the refrigerator for at least an hour. For the cutlets-
