Corn Chaat Recipe
Corn chaat or masala corn is one more spicy chaat recipe for the monsoon time. corn chaat is an easy snack which you can prepare quickly.

1/2 cup sweet corn kernels
1 tbsp onion chopped finely
1/2 tbsp tomato
1 tbsp carrot grated
1/4 tsp red chilli powder
Chat Masala powder a generous pinch
Plain Sev as needed
1 tsp Lemon juice
coriander leaves to garnish
1 tsp Chaat Chutneys each
1 tsp butter
Salt to taste
1 tbsp onion chopped finely
1/2 tbsp tomato
1 tbsp carrot grated
1/4 tsp red chilli powder
Chat Masala powder a generous pinch
Plain Sev as needed
1 tsp Lemon juice
coriander leaves to garnish
1 tsp Chaat Chutneys each
1 tsp butter
Salt to taste
Pressure cook corn for 4-5 whistles,remove the kernels from the cob and set aside.In a tsp of butter toast corn for few mins until the edges start to turn brown,Switch off.Get all other ingredients ready.
In a mixing bowl add everything and give a quick mix.While serving garnish with sev and serve.
Serve warm!
