A holiday side dish staple- that's too good to confine to just holidays!

2 eggs
½ cup sugar
3 T cornstarch
1 14 oz. can creamed corn
1 can evaporated milk
1 cup frozen corn, defrosted and drained
1.Preheat oven to 375F. 2.Whisk together sugar, eggs and cornstarch. 3.Add in creamed corn, defrosted corn, and evaporated milk. Pour into a greased casserole dish. 4.Bake for 1 hour, or until top is golden...
