5 Garlic Cloves ( minced )
1 Large Red Bell Pepper ( diced small )
1 Jalapeno ( diced small )
3 Bunches Green Onions ( chopped, both white and green parts )
3 Large Shallots ( chopped )
1 cup Celery ( chopped )
2 tbsp. Fresh Thyme ( chopped )
3/4 tsp. Cayenne Pepper
1 1/2 cups Chicken Stock
Buttermilk Corn Bread:
2/3 cup Grapeseed Oil
2/3 cup Yellow Cornmeal
2 cups All Purpose Flour
1/2 cup Sugar
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
2 tbsp. Baking Powder
1 tsp. Kosher Salt
2 Large Eggs
1 cup Buttermilk
1 cup Sour Cream
