Crab and Shrimp Stufed Pasta Shells

It\\\'s like seafood salad in a pasta shell! Can be served as an appetizer or a main course.

1 4oz. can baby shrimp
1 4.25oz. can crab meat
10 jumbo pasta shells
4 strips of bacon, cooked and chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 C. spinach, chopped
1 stalk celery, chopped
4 green onions, chopped plus more for garnish
1/2 C. cream cheese, softened
1/4 C. mayonnaise
1 tsp. horseradish (optional)
1 tsp. Old Bay seasoning, or to taste
1-1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 C. Panko breadcrumbs

Marinated Taro Root

A marinated snack that can be used to replace late night bad habit cravings!

8 small taro roots
water
salt
1 cup yogurt, mixed with enough water to submerge roots (add salt)

  1. Wash the taro roots well.
  2. Slightly cut a slit into each root, but not big enough to split the root into two pieces. This will allow the water and marinade to go into the taro root
