Crab Cakes with a coriander tartar sauce

Crab Cakes with a coriander tartar sauce. Super easy and delicious! Ready in less than 15 minutes.

For the crab cakes:

2 cans of crabmeat (total of 240grs), drained

2 spring onions, chopped

1 tablespoon of mayonnaise

1 teaspoon of mustard

1 egg

2 tablespoons of bread crumbs (you can also use crushed crackers)

2 tablespoons of chopped coriander or parsley

¾ cup of panko

Salt

Pepper

Olive oil for pan-frying the crab cakes

For the coriander tartar sauce:

1 shallot, chopped

1 cup of mayonnaise

1 tablespoon of grainy mustard

4 cornichons, chopped

Juice of 1 lime

1 tablespoon of coriander, chopped (you can also use parsley instead)

Salt

Pepper
To make the crab cakes, just place all of the ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Grab a bit of the crab mixture and form it into a ball and then flatten it a bit. Repeat until there is no more of the crab...
