A easy and delicious snack made with oats, dried cranberries, almonds, coconut and peanut butter.

1 cup old fashioned oats
1/3 cup almonds, finely chopped
1/2 cup dried cranberries
2 tablespoons shredded coconut
6 tablespoons peanut butter
1/4 cup honey
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
