Cranberry and Cream Cheese Dip

A super easy and delicious dip.

1/4 cup chopped green onion
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
1 small jalapeño pepper, chopped into small pieces
1 1/4 cups granulated sugar
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2- 8 ounce packages reduced fat cream cheese, room temperature
For Serving (not included in the nutritional info):
crackers, like Wheat Thins or Triscuits
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped

1 1/4 cups granulated sugar
2 tablespoons lemon juice

In a food processor, add the cranberries, green onion, cilantro and jalaepño. Pulse until everything is evenly chopped into small pieces. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and add in the sugar and lemon juice....
