Energy bites make excellent little snacks for after school, throughout the day, or as an afternoon pick-me-up. No bake energy bites are relatively easy to make.

1 cup oatmeal
2/3 cup coconut
1/2 cup flaxseed meal
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1/3 cup honey
2 tablespoons coconut oil
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 cup dried cranberries chopped
