Cranberry Streusel Pie
A delicious pie that is a little bit tart and a little bit sweet topped with a streusel topping.
18 ounces fresh or frozen cranberries, about 4 1/2 cups
1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 teaspoon orange zest
1 tablespoon corn starch
1/3 cup pecans, slightly mounded
1/3 cup old fashioned rolled oats
1/4 cup flour
2 2/3 tablespoons granulated sugar
2 2/3 tablespoons brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
Preheat the oven to 400º F.
