Cranberry Walnut Bread

This recipe is inspired by the recipe on the Ocean Spray cranberry package with a few adjustments to clean it up. It is made with organic cranberries, coconut sugar, coconut oil, fresh squeezed orange juice, and whole wheat flour.

2 cups whole wheat flour
3/4 cup coconut sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 egg beaten
1/2 cup fresh squeezed orange juice
1/4 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice
2 tablespoons coconut oil - melted
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2 cups organic cranberries
3/4 cup chopped walnuts
Instructions Preheat oven to 350 Prepare a loaf pan for baking by coating it with coconut oil or butter - set aside Place dry ingredients into a bowl and combine Add the egg and remaining of wet ingredients and mix well Stir in the cranberries and walnuts Turn into prepared loaf pan
