Cranberry White Chocolate Fudge

Sweet and delicious white chocolate fudge with lots of tart cranberries. An easy recipe that\\\'s great for Christmas potlucks and parties!

3 C white chocolate chips (OR 3 pkg + 1/4 pkg Baker’s white chocolate (170g pkgs), chopped
1 can sweetened condensed milk (300 mL)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
3/4 C dried cranberries, chopped
1 tsp orange zest (optional)
