Creamy ice cream recipe with delicious chunks of chocolate chip cookie dough.

Vanilla Ice Cream
2 cups half and half
1 Tbsp plus 1 tsp cornstarch
3 Tbsp cream cheese softened
1 1/4 cup heavy cream
2/3 cup sugar
1 1/2 Tbsp light corn syrup
1 vanilla bean or 2-3 tsp vanilla extract
1/8 tsp salt

Cookie Dough Bites
1/2 cup butter softened
1/2 cup light brown sugar
1/4 cup sugar
2 Tbsp milk
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp salt
3/4 cup flour
1/2 cup chocolate chips
