4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
4 ounces cream cheese
4 teaspoons all purpose flour
2 eggs, lightly beaten
3/4 cup everything bagel seasoning
1 tablespoon canola oil

Preheat the oven to 400º F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silpat. Use a sharp knife and cut the chicken breasts almost in half horizontally.
