These simple butter cookies will melt in your mouth! They are perfectly adaptable to any holiday or occasion.

1 cup flour
3 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
Extra sugar for sprinkling on top

3/4 cup powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
