Butterscotch Pie is made with an easy two ingredient pie crust made from Belvita breakfast biscuits, a creamy stovetop butterscotch pudding, and fresh whipped cream.

4 packages Belvita breakfast biscuits reserving 1 biscuit for the top
6 tablespoons butter melted
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup cream
2 cups whole or 2% milk
4 egg yolks beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 tablespoon butter
1 1/3 cups whipping cream
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
