Creamy Cajun Potato Salad

FOR THE SALAD:
5 Pounds Red Potatoes
5 Hard Boiled Eggs ( Peeled and diced )
1 Pound Bacon ( Cooked and Crumbled )
4 Stalks Celery ( Diced )
3 Green Onions ( Chopped )
2 Tablespoons Pickle Relish ( I used dill )
FOR THE DRESSING:
1 1/2 Cups Mayonnaise
2 Tablespoons Spicy Mustard
1/4 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
2 Tablespoons Creole or Cajun Seasoning
