1/2 pound Breakfast Pork Sausage
6 Eggs
1 tsp Hot Sauce
1/2 cup Sliced Onions
1/2 cup Sliced Green or Red Bell Pepper
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Pepper
4 Flour Tortillas ( 10 inch )
1/2 cup Colby Jack Cheese ( Grated )
1/2 cup Salsa
