½ Green Cabbage, cored and shredded
4 Medium Carrots, shredded
½ Small Red Onion, sliced thinly (use more or less to taste)
¾ Cup Mayonnaise
½ Cup Sour Cream
¼ Cup Whole Grain or Ancient Mustard
1 TBSP Honey
½ TSP Kosher Salt
