If you love vegetables, you should definitely try this creamy Moroccan carrot soup. It\\\'s thick, filling, and has a sweet flavour that will delight your senses.

12 Large Carrots
1 Large Onion
1 Red Pepper
2Tsp Garlic Puree
1Tbsp Honey
1 Can Coconut Milk
100ml Water
1Tsp Cinnamon
1Tsp Turmeric
1cm Ginger Cube (peeled and grated)
2Tbsp Coriander
Salt & Pepper
1 Large Onion
1 Red Pepper
2Tsp Garlic Puree
1Tbsp Honey
1 Can Coconut Milk
100ml Water
1Tsp Cinnamon
1Tsp Turmeric
1cm Ginger Cube (peeled and grated)
2Tbsp Coriander
Salt & Pepper
Peel & dice the carrots and onion. Also dice the red pepper.
Place them in your soup maker.
Add your ginger, garlic, other seasoning.
