This creamy mushroom pasta recipe will satisfy your strongest Italian food cravings while providing epic flavor and a boost of nutrition. 1 serving pasta (I used whole wheat linguine)
1 tbsp unsalted butter
2 garlic cloves, minced
8 oz white button mushroom, stems removed
2 tbsp dry white wine
1/4 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup low-sodium chicken bone broth
to taste Salt
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
to taste Freshly ground black pepper
to taste Chopped fresh parsley for garnishing

8 small taro roots
water
salt
1 cup yogurt, mixed with enough water to submerge roots (add salt)

  2. Slightly cut a slit into each root, but not big enough to split the root into two pieces. This will allow the water and marinade to go into the taro root
