This creamy parsnip soup is ready in half of hour and has a really great taste. The key ingredients are onion, sweet potatoes, carrots, parsnips, garlic puree, and herbs. If you want it sweeter, add pumpkin.

4 Medium Parsnips
2 Large Carrots
1Tsp Garlic Puree
100ml Water
1Tsp Thyme
Salt & Pepper

Salt & Pepper
Peel and dice the sweet potatoes, onion, parsnip and carrots and place them in the soup maker.
Add the garlic puree, water and seasoning.
Cook for 25 minutes on the cook and blend feature.
Serve.
